初歩的なご質問で申し訳ありませんが、リンク先で資料を閲覧およびダウンロードしようとしてもエラーになります。（chrome,IE,edgeで試しました。PDFは最新Ver.です）
対処方法をお教え頂けないでしょうか？
ご迷惑をお掛けしてすみません。確認しましたところ、昨日、サーバー切り替えの関係でダウンロードが正常に動作していなかったようです。すでに復旧しておりますので、お手数ですが、再度お試しいただけませんでしょうか。
