As you may have heard by now Autodesk announced Maya 2013 Service Advantage Pack at Siggraph 2012, Los Angeles. There are 3 key features in this coming release including support for DirectX 11 Shader with HLSL support, the new File Path Editor, and the Scene Assembly workflow. Features? but API too :)
