Material SDK sample migrated to work with AutoCAD 2013 / 2014

ObjectARX 2009 had an SDK sample to demonstrate the use of materials API and assigning it to a custom entity.

I have attached the sample project migrated to work with AutoCAD 2013 / 2014. To try it you can run the commands listed in ReadMe.txt.
