Existing add-ins and scripts now work with the UI Preview

As I wrote about it before there is a new UI coming in Fusion 360 that might need the attention of add-in developers.

However, in the latest release, the majority of the existing add-ins will be supported by accepting code placing command buttons at the old locations and putting them to the new ones automatically: https://www.autodesk.com/products/fusion-360/blog/january-9-2019-product-update-whats-new/#Previews
